Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return within the window above.

How to Start a Return

Email support@cosmeticsbyresilient.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you instructions for sending the item back.

Please contact us before sending anything; we'll give you the return address and match the return to your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cosmeticsbyresilient.com with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships, for a full refund to your original payment method. Once it has shipped, it can be returned under this policy instead.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or shade, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional or bundled items marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned.
